Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through our Website, we collect limited information automatically:

Website analytics. We use Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves. It records the pages visited, the referring website, the browser, operating system and device type, and the visitor's country. It uses no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not store your IP address.
When you send the contact form, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit spam and abuse. When you open the form, we use the country of your connection, which our hosting provider reports, to choose whether the "Keep me posted" box starts ticked; we do not store it.
Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, processes connection details such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the Website.

Our Website itself does not set cookies. If you schedule a call through Calendly, Calendly may set its own cookies on its pages.

When you send the contact form, we use what you send to reply to you and to find the consultants who fit your problem: we store it in a customer relationship management system and a mailing-list system that we host ourselves, and we notify our team by e-mail and in our internal Slack workspace. We keep contact form submissions for up to 365 days; the contact record in our customer relationship management system stays until you ask us to delete it.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please let us know via email below, or use the unsubscribe link in any of our e-mails.
